This CM project was designed to help the library evolve due to the prevalence of digital media. Book stacks on the fourth floor were replaced by offices and conference rooms. The 15,000 SF fourth floor was transformed with new lighting, ductwork, fire sprinkler system, flooring, acoustical ceilings, offices, and conference rooms. First floor renovations included modernization of the circulation desk and existing offices, storage areas, and a new mechanical/electrical room. The building remained occupied during construction.
