CM at Risk project under SCEC’s Continuing Services contract with Miami Dade College, project consisted of complete demolition of a three-story, 35,000 SF building on the newest MDC campus.

Sitework restoration included grading of the site and installing new drainage, irrigation and landscaping elements. New site lighting was installed along with new sidewalks to provide a bold new entrance into the campus.
