This complex phased project at the College’s North Campus included major electrical and mechanical upgrades. All AHUs were replaced with new EMS controls added. All switchgear was replaced, new electrical panels added and select lighting upgrades completed. The fire alarm system was replaced, with the existing system remaining active at all times. The emergency generator was also replaced.
