Scope of work included complete replacement of chillers, cooling towers, underground chilled water lines, and nine air handling units. Interior work included 26 classroom renovations, including new windows, exterior doors, stucco, interior/exterior painting, and renovations of three group restrooms. A complete new EMS and controls system was implemented. The existing fire alarm remained in service while a new parallel system was installed. Sitework included court restoration, parking lot restoration, landscape and irrigation.

The extensive renovations required a phased approach. The school remained completely operational during construction.
