SCEC BEGINS DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT IN LAUDERDALE-BY-THE-SEA

Work is now underway on a new SCEC project for the Town of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. SCEC will lead the construction of drainage improvements in the Town's Bel-Air residential neighborhood.

The project will require coordination with multiple homeowners who live in the neighborhood, nestled between A1A and the Intracoastal Waterway. New drainage structures and piping will be installed under the existing roadway and driveways; existing drainage structures and pipe will be removed.

This is SCEC's fourth Construction Management project for the Town. In 2013, SCEC completed two streetscape beautification projects for the Town to help revitalize its oceanfront downtown district and improve drainage on Commercial Boulevard.
